• Provide space alternatives for group study and social activities.

• Provide quality housing alternatives at a competitive price to enhance the concept of on-campus living for the university community.

• Provide building plans and configurations designed to meet the specific needs of faculty and alumni.

  These include:

• Private bedrooms. 

• Private baths. 

• A variety of units housing 1-4 students, larger units would accommodate more students if REQUIRED.

The Edwards Team offers a broad range of skills and disciplines to envision develop and construct a project that will guide the University in the development of student, faculty and alumni housing. The concept drawings submitted are intended to set the highest standard of functionality, design and quality.
