About Quarry Trail Apartments

Quarry Trail is a garden style, three story walk-up student housing community built in 2008 and located in Knoxville, Tennessee.  The community consists of 252 units and 840 bedrooms serving the students of the University of Tennessee.  Located approximately one mile from the main campus of the University of Tennessee, the community provides a variety of spacious floor plans and amenities for student living.

Spacious floorplans boast nine-foot ceilings throughout and vaulted ceilings on the third floor.  Units have large walk-in closets, oversized private patios with spectacular wooded views and mature landscaping.  Individual rooms include electronic panic alarms and privacy locks.  Units are fully furnished with a full sized washer and dryer.  Rents include internet and an extended cable package with eight HBO channels and rooms are individually leased.

Residents enjoy community amenities such as a resort style pool with sun deck and free WI-Fi internet.  Other amenities include a fully equipped fitness center, sand volleyball court, putting green, outdoor grilling area, tanning beds, and a 24-hour business center with a computer lab are available to residents as well.  A community clubhouse boasts a pool and poker table alongside a movie theatre.  A  campus shuttle with a stop in front of the community clubhouse is available on a regular schedule.
